Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Bellerové. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!


🕒 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)


📦 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page


🔄 Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different color or style:

  1. Contact us at admin@thebellerove.com with your order number.

  2. We will guide you through the exchange process.

  3. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned to us.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • For damaged or wrong items, we will cover the shipping fee — just send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email admin@thebellerove.com within 48 hours.

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.


📍 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times vary).

  3. If you still need help, email us at admin@thebellerove.com.
